ATTENTION: XAT 2015 CANDIDATES
Subsequently to the announcement of XAT 2015 results, we received a
lot of queries regarding
wrong XAT percentiles and low scores. After collating the mails, we
could broadly categorize all
concerns/ complaints into three:
1. "My Total percentile is not average of the percentile in the three
sections".
2. "My score should have been higher, according to official key".
3. "Another candidate with same score got higher percentile."
Our response to these complaints is as follow:
1. The "total percentile" need not be "average of the three
percentiles". In fact, it would
rarely be average of the three percentiles. Any good student can figure it out.
2. Candidates can verify the scores with official key after accessing
the scanned copies of
the OMRs. Candidates need to log in through their XATID to access the
scanned OMRs.
3. It should not happen. However, if you have received lower
percentile for the same score
w.r.t other candidate, please write back to us at: result@xlri.ac.in.
Please mention your
XATID and XATID of the other candidate, one who has same score but higher
percentile. If the complaint is found to be legitimate, the
percentile/percentage would be
modified
